DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE:
By placing a deposit the client is agreeing to have Sumaku.com start work. Before stating any work a deposit (of 50% of total cost of project) is required. When the reaming balance (for set project/s) has been pay in full, high resolution printable files will be sent.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit or access of the Sumaku.com website or to the products or services you purchase through the Sumaku.com website shall be submitted to binding arbitration in San Diego, California, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Sumaku.com 's intellectual property rights, Sumaku.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
